Belarus exports agricultural products from the Crimea and products for the railway bypassing the sanctions, writes Belsat with reference to the words of Boris Babin, the Permanent Representative of the President of Ukraine in Crimea, whose office is located in Kherson.

“According to official data, Belarus is the main export-import partner of the occupied Crimea,” he said.

According to him, many goods go directly. For this, entrepreneurs from Belarus will go on the sanctions list of Ukraine, Babin promises, and they are likely to face criminal prosecution.

On the other hand, Belarusian goods also go to the Crimea, though not directly. “There is rarely a “suicide” who signs a direct contract with Sevastopol,” Babin said. “The goods go to the Russian company, and the Belarusian supplier washes his hands. They are like “I am a merchant, I do not know where the goods went, I sold them to Rostov and did not violate any rules. ”

According to him, among the domestic importers who are carrying goods to Belarus from the annexed Crimea, there are Belarusian state-owned enterprises. For example, “Belarusian Railway”, which buys travel arrows on the peninsula.

Babin also says that Belarusian distilleries take part in Crimean exhibitions.

In connection with these facts, Kiev is going to impose sanctions on Minsk. “We are talking about sanctions not only in Ukraine but also in the United States and the European Union,” adds Babin. The sanctions list, according to him, is constantly updated, and now there are about a thousand lines in it. Among them, the Belarusian ones are about 100.

As we wrote earlier, the Belarusian authorities arrested a 32-year-old Ukrainian, who organized the illegal export of fruits and vegetables to Russia, prohibited by economic sanctions against the Russian Federation.
